No, really, you can’t. As long as you love funky retro fabrics and loads of comfy cushions on your sofa, that is.
I made this one out of a retro headscarf I once got off eBay. Annoyingly the scarf was too short, I don’t know what the seller was thinking, it was hardly enough to make a proper knot, but the fabric was fa-bu-lous! So I opened the seams and then chopped and patched the little fabric that I had together. I had just about enough for a square cushion and had to sew it shut, but when I was it I just have to re-sew it. No big deal.
