June 2012: Colour-burst tablecloth

I had two very colourful tablecloths that I made a couple of years ago, and which were both sized to fit the table when it’s folded down on one side. I then realised that I have several more tablecloths that I made – all for the smaller size. Bit silly, really, and so I decided to chop up the two tablecloths, piece them together and make a big one. I use it when I don’t need the oilcloth i.e. when I’m not doing messy creative work, and it means I get to have something else on the table.
